Lonely Road

Below is some temperature data for ten days before and after June 20, which I
got from the Environment Canada site. I asked for Montreal Trudeau Airport,
and shown are max, min and average temperatures. I limited myself to back 12 years.
June 20 is, for Canada, the longest sunlit day; if sun exposure were the only component
of temperature, one would expect temperature patterns on either side to even out.
This is true to some exent but temperature is also directional; one is re-heating yesterday’s
warm air, air moves around and so forth. I should be able to make some
statements from the data but- as everyone knows - climate as such is quite a complex issue
and my little data set is more fun than anything else.
Still, data is data. If it won’t allow me to comment on climate, it does give me information
about what to wear and eat for breakfast. In this spirit, I would like to do a little study.
My task for today: getting my data into Mathematica. Um....
