One often sees on the internet tantalizing cakes with
recipes in European measures, maddelingly out of reach.
The calculator below seeks to remedy this by giving
kitchen-tool equivalents for these measures.
The conversions used in the calculator are the following:
100 grams of sugar = 3/4 cup
100 grams of flour = 1 1/8 cup
100 grams of grease = 1/2 cup
250 ml of milk = 1 cup
Note that for water (ahem), one should stick to 237 ml to a cup.
