What's a girl to do.
I've had a bit of a breakthough in understanding the obesity issue.
It's a study from Boston's Children's Hospital which shows that
high-glycemic index food lead to addictive behaviour(below).
Nice to know, but my interest in the study at this point would be
to better understand what physiological - and conscious - effects are
termed pleasure. Brighter colors, a relaxed bladder...etc. It's
going to be a long day in neurotransmitter and brain diagram land.
