The context may not have been computing, but the message is clear. One should

look to the empirical situation. Many bemoan the lack of opacity settings in Python

widgets, but in tkcalendar, we do see a tooltip with an opacity setting. Playing

with the notion of Toplevel window, i did get the following this morning. Just need
