 All that playing around with math functions has made me better appreciate

my Windows calculator, in particular the 2nd functions.

Scientific calculator on opening:

                                                             

Here, log refers to the usual base 10 log. Asked fot log(25), put the term in memory with 

memory store MS. Then, entered 10 to the power of memory recall, MR.

Asked for 2nd functions:

                                                                                 

Asked for log(8) on log base 2. No problem!!

Also cracked that 'exp' key. Basically, it opens a parenthesis for working

with large numbers. So the 3, exp, 4 gives one 30,000. The full sequencing
