Asked Merlin to give me example code for the QAOA algorithm.

            

I need to go over this code, streamline the imports, get clear on what each line of code

 actually does. The algorithm was developed by Edward Farhi at MIT, and Dr Farhi

eventually become lead scientist at Google Quantum.
