Well, there goes another day in my life that won't come back. this
little bit of black humour: coder's lament, in fact, is well know. Here"s
where my day went:
After playing a bit with add and delete rntries, eneded up with my fourth
entry having an id of 6. And look high and low, there is nothing to be done
about it. The project lets django default do the numbering, and we are seeing
the expected sequence of postings, and not records. Apparently a feature of many
database systems.
Just cleared my entire project, and started rebuilding from the ground up...😁
