Cake

 It rained two days in a row and I was alone; what is

a person to do. Well, BAKE of course. Found a really

nice recipe for a cinnamon cake, easy as anything with 

everyday ingredients.

As the person posting this recipe said: one does end up with a lot of cinnamon

sugar. This would be just as nice with jam in the middle and a small amount

of cinnamon sugar on top (the bottom of the cake, actually) 😏
