Working through on Sharma lesson 9, we have the general formula for
a series of gates.

What happens is a function of whether qubit(0) is initiated as |0> or |1>.
The phase gate on qubit(0) does nothingin this configuration, but will be
needed in other contexts.
On quantum composer, one sees the phase gate does work but not on |0> or
|1>:
