Now that is interesting: it turns out that those burnt forests of pine have no
lost all value: it is the outer layer of those pines that have gone in flames, but the inners
of the trees will be sold and used. This is the battle currently going on in the region:
how much will this crop be worth, and who will profit is the current debate in the region;
