Preparing Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi (literally, cabbage root vegetable) is quite popular in Germany,
as are all cabbages. Here in Canada, they are less well-known and only
sporadically available. Below, a German recipe with ingredients.




For four persons:

800 grams Kohlrabi
80 grams Kohlrabi leaves
330 grams carrots
130 grams onion
10 grams stock powder
1100 grams homemade vegetable stock
35 grams flour
150 grams cream
Salt and pepper
