Oatmeal

Rumored to be a difficult issue for US negitiators,
the Canadian Dairy industry is perhaps too much of
an obsession in the current NAFTA talks. In my search
for the perfect oatmeal galette, I accidentally found
a very enlightening web site from a French Quebec concern
selling English cookies to Mexico. The difference: they don't
mind adapting their packaging to the market.
