Framerate

Been looking into the framerate issue. 24FPS is
the standard rate for cinema, because that is the rate
that marries with a standard sound track.

In the world of digital, however, one can go higher. Indeed,
the rate is in terms of the Herz, which is with respect to
the hardware.

If one is doing animation, the rate at which the central object
moves needs to be factored in. Motion blur tends to happen at
anything higher than 12FPS.

My previous animation, up to 24 fps. the frist is is twos, th second
in fours.

One advantage is that I can export the image file to another editor...
