Potato(6)

So leftover potatoes on tonight's menu: I made, as projected, hash browns from last night's leftover baked potato. After dutifully looking up a few recipes, I opted to do the potato in butter, and the onion, green pepper and pineapple in oil. It was the way to go. Also important, adding cayenne pepper to the potato dish.
