29° C in the appartment!)

I made the Bon Appetit recipe for Banana Bread. Tell you in a half hour
what it tastes like.

Very strong banana flavor, as promised. Very moist,
nothing dry about it like one often finds with quick breads.

Still looking for the Starbucks recipe, which is very oily.
this one is a clear winner, though!
