CPicker

Got the built-in colorpicker to do the job...

There are unwanted elements form other projects in the jar file; need to do it again.
I've got spacing in html, but vertical distance in java!?
Worse still, not sure how to build up a project with a lot of things goind on...
And, the project runs against a command-line background. Would need to throw
in a piece of runtime in the jar file for it to be a true application.
