If we take things from April 2018 to april 2022, we are averaging 3% per year,

which is the high end of acceptable. Granted the pandemic took the economy

for a loop, and it is difficult to pick thngs back up. What is worrysome is the price

of fossil energy: gasoline, gas and even electricity as a service. The war

rages on in Ukraine and - wearing my 'economist' hat - I can't help but feel

the West has shot itself in the foot by alienating Russia...

That's a 60 % rise in one year...
