It's a heatwave summer, for sure. There is currently a 1 million+ hectares - 2.5
million acre - fire burning east of James Bay in Northern Quebec. It is not policy
to put out such fires, but critical infrastructure is protected. Just too dry; barely
a quarter of the usual rainfall in the last month.
