Cut Loose

So it is looking bad for Canada, with the US cutting us out of
 a renewed trade deal with Mexico because we are 'unreasonable'
about milk products. We need some wiggle room. As an independent
voter, my view is that  Canada to be cut loose from NAFTA - which
is central to our economy - should do no worse than put us on
World Trade rules for 2 years (10% tariffs). This would give us time
for an election and some choices. This is a  big deal for Canada.
