Opened

I know, from browsing the web, that a number of women find the

above toilet cleaner product very difficult to open. I myself spent years

opening each new one with a heavy heart...  and a pair of pliers. Finally

cracked the problem, and it is easy peasy. Here’s the deal:

Yes, there is a direction arrow on the spout indicating one should squeeze 

counterclockwise and turn. The thing is, one should not squeeze that far up. 

One needs to squeeze the base of the cap, with two fingers, on the ridges.

Voilà, a small turn and the product bottle is opened.
