M Diet

Will be doing another food-picture day, as I
ponder some of the issues in calorie bookkeeping
through visuals. Will be taking inspiration from
the Military Diet, which is a very useful 3-day reset
if one has gone off the tracks. It can be used by men
or women of all ages. For example, I might try fancier
crackers and yogurt instead of ice cream; it is a placeholder
model.
