Starting to see the whole game unfold; and solved the
passing the level proble. It needs to be passed from the
BeginGameState and not the PlayState. This is where the
new board is created.
I was wondering where the initial board behing the flashing
panel came from. It is from StartState. Tested for it by restricting
things to 3 colors.

The present game design isn't suited to it, but one could see the score accumulate
