I have been trying out yogurt cakes, below:
The first is a cake using corn starch instead of flour. The
flan-like texture was predictable. Very tasty.
(The 9% fat coconut yogurt didn't hurt).
The second tastes absolutely wonderful: I made it
with pecans on top, but I eat it with grapes. (The
yogurt I used was 2% plain Scandinavian yogurt).
