We have used pack() and place() to position widget. here, we are using
grid() for the first time. the one element we have specified width for - first name -
ends up setting the size for the window. And one resizes the said window
at one's peril!
Noteworthy: By default, one has2 rows and columns to work with. One places an
element in the middle with column=1, columnspan = 2.
