I feel like I am holding out on my fellow man by not
sharing this recipe, so here it is:
I had sour cream in the refrigerator in a heat wave and decided I needed
to make something Looking up 'quick bread with sour cream' on Google,
I found the recipe below. Simple, at my level of culinary skill.
The bread came out nicely, but a tad bland. I had used vanilla instead of coconut
extract. But then I started to eat the bread with various spreads on it: coolkie butter,
Nutella, yogurt. This cake is WONDERFUL as a base layer...
