Moment

Had a moment with Revenue Canada, this morning, re-instating my

electronic access. Long story short: there are now stringent security

requirements, and I suspect, Windows11 is necessary. Thank you

to the patient agent who guided me through this (my phone finally

died after 20 minutes). I am back on! 👩‍🦳

YouTuber Amberlynn Reid seems to be having serious health concerns, yet

again. She fell and hurt her ankle, then in convalescence has a partially

collapsed lung. Sounds serious, and there are fears of cancer...

So here's the thing about cancer, as I understand it: cancer isn't something

that one catches, it is something that one doesn't. Let me explain.

Cancer is cellular deregulation, caused by free radiation we are all exposed

to. Indeed, I have read we all start a new cancer aprrpoximately once a day.

Thing is, we have evolved to have a powerful immune and regulatory system

that stops and cleans up any untoward growth.

From this perspective, it is understandable that cancer lurks for the elderly,

because all systems end up performing less well over time.

But this also means that we keep cancer at bay by staying healthy, and moving

around normally. Hey, we are machines: a lot of movements of liquids in our bodies

are dependent on our using our muscles. Toxins in our body are carried out in

this manner. So exercise isn't a luxury, or an adjuct to weight control. It is an intrinsic

part of the process of staying alive.

Amberlynn became bedbound: not good. She was also taking Ozempic, for weight loss,

which stimulates insulin production in an abnormal fashion for her internal

ecosystem. She needs a reset.

The situation need not be seen as dire, but it does require a wholistic approach.

All my best wishes to you, Amberlynn.
