Potato(3)

Today's potato adventure: thin strips of vegetables in oil, done in the oven. Looks better than it tastes: the thin parts tasted burnt and the thicker ones were limp. Need to buy a mandolin cutter, or a Cuisinart food processor. Actually, there was vagueness in my quest and I got vagueness in my results: what was I trying to make?

The sandwich and salad were fine. I have come to realize that it is dressing that turns salad into a social food: without dressing, one doesn't know when to stop. With dressing, one does.
