Nested

Working away on my widget. I'm going to have to
call functions within a function, not the easiest thing.
Once I've mastered it, though, it should be okay.

A nested function from Mozilla:

                                          *     *     *

I have created, on the model of Foo below, functions that
output my ingredient and quantity functions with a new variable. Now need
to integrate with the Switch function...
