Wondering

I was utterly surprised, the other day, to read a comment
about the male reproductive cycle of 78 days.What is this?
Granted I'm so old, I never had sex ed in school, but this brute
fact - that sperm that might be produced daily, but needs months
to actually mature - surely has consequences for the male psyche.

We have  so much popular information about the female cycle,
why the taboo around the male?
