Perspective requires a lot of observation. Above, the lines orient the red stars with respect
to one-point perspective, where everything is going to one point.
In a real situation, two-point and three-point play as well.
Three point: where the infinity point is in the foreground. The object
is tilted.
Two-point: the object is in the foreground with respect to two horizon points.

Have to confess I have been jumping around the various Khemardi tutorials
learning a lot fascinating things, like getting lights to randomly change color...
But finally went back to the problem I was having with the original Russian Synfig,
getting the character rigged so that one could see a walk cycle.
So I'm back to solving that, with proper rigging. Worked through Khemardi 19,
and finally got things to work properly:

I also found - again on Khemardi - how to find missing images when one re-opens
an old project. The address is in the properties panel, and one just reloads...

I am ready to go back to my initial task!!
