agent for Russia.
Not to make a joke of it; but if one were asked what a government run by its Intelligence
service would look like, this would be hard to beat!!

En contrepartie, I did read this week that tactical nukes are the weapons that
Russia might use for the level of confrontation for which the West has developed
more advance weapons systems that are not 'nukes'.
Keeping the lid on would appear to be the height of prudence!!
